Her main reserach areas are on marine ecology and evolution i.e., dispersal and barriers to gene flow in marine environment and conservation of threatened species or habitats and on population genetics and evolutionary theory i.e., influence of mating system and clonality on the ecology and evolution of populations and species and analysis of metapopulations or species clusters. She is coordinator of 7 National Projects and she is involved into 4 EU project (with workpackages or theme coordination in relation with population genomics). She is responsable of a national network on marine connectivity since 2010. She teaches evolutionary ecology and legal frameworks for marine biodiversity and marine resources in Master I, Master II, Erasmus and Doctoral Schools modules.
